opportunities in four key areas.
Career Opportunity: Product Management
Product Management is responsible for the enhancement of ecofinance
software solutions. The Product Managers' concepts are based upon
analysis of market and customer requirements as well as competitor
software. The department works closely with universities in order
to identify and evaluate trends.
Product Management governs release planning. Once new concepts have
been integrated into the software, the implementation is reviewed
(through manual and automatic system testing) and and documented professionally.
The department is also responsible for translation of the software
into other languages. Other areas of responsibility for Product Management
include responding to tenders, demonstrating the software at the offices
of our prospective customers and at exhibitions, as well as providing
our customers with expert training and consulting.
Product Consultant
Tasks: Quality testing, creation of customer-specific reports.
Product Manager
Tasks: Concepts for the technical enhancement of the software solutions,
analysis of market and customer requirements as well as competitor
solutions.
Senior Product Manager
Tasks: Specialisation in a subject area, subject-specific concepts,
training and demos.
Career Opportunity: Customer Service Management
Customer Service Management is a sub-division of Product Management.
It is responsible for qualifying and processing Hotline enquiries.
The department also specialises in providing ecofinance customers
with advice over the telephone and analysing customer requirements.
Customer Service Consultant
Tasks: Responding to customer enquiries over the telephone.
Customer Service Manager
Tasks: Providing international customers with advice over the telephone
and analysing customer requirements.
Career Opportunity: Project Management
Project Management implements the ecofinance software solutions
for new customers worldwide. The Project Managers are responsible
for project planning, coordination and controlling. They work alongside
the customer as an adviser from the solution design stage right through
to implementation and ongoing optimisation of the system and processes.
Project Manager
Tasks: Planning, coordination, controlling and reporting for software
implementation projects.
Senior Project Manager
Tasks: Planning, coordination, controlling and reporting for large-scale
projects.
Career Opportunity: Software Engineering
The Software Engineering teams look at how the concepts from Product
Management can be converted and implemented from a technical perspective.
Once the programming phase is complete, functional software testing
is carried out. Technology trends are identified and evaluated through
close cooperation with universities.
Junior Software Engineer
Tasks: Programming of simple mathematical finance issues.
Software Engineer
Tasks: Concepts for technical enhancement of software solutions, programming
of complex mathematical finance issues.
Senior Software Engineer
Tasks: Specialisation in a subject area, subject-specific concepts,
technology forecasting.
